Additional form to be used only  in correlation with the  "multiple ads form" (see above link)  that would have to be completed above  first and  when you have new ads to be placed on the web during your long term ad selection
: Ad form for multiple ads
   
  1: Flat rate up to 30 words from 2months to 12months selections (depending if you have one or many ads to place on the web : click on either the single ad form or the multiple ad form above to make your selection & to submit your ad). ads can be updated during the course of your selection . Optional   +$10 supp per photo (jpeg approx.225 pixels whith/largeur) or +$20 for animation (gif): jpeg or gif to be emailed separatly to: franceusa@fusac.com for insertion next to your ad.
  IMPORTANT:Your ads will be online same or next business day but you must complete the above form ( step 1) with payment and duration of your ad in order for your ad to appear online
